Terms and Conditions

Before placing an order on the UK Mint Ltd website, it is acknowledged that you accept the following Terms and Conditions:

• Descriptions & grading of items are according to our unbiased opinion but are always subject to your approval on receipt of your order. Any items can be returned for full refund within 7 days of receipt
• Any dispute shall be dealt with in a fair and equitable manner in accord with the customers statutory rights and in accord with the terms and conditions as stated.
• Accidental damage to items or incomplete orders will be replaced or rectified immediately when we are notified, or we will offer a full refund.
• It is the responsibility of a buyer not in the United Kingdom to pay any customs duty applicable to imported goods.  UK Mint Ltd. will  not re-imburse any of these charges.  In goods are returned to us due to non-payment of customs duty or the import is refused due to the buyer's customs laws, then UK Mint Ltd. will only refund the original purchase price if the items are returned to us minus any charges incurred to return those goods.

Returns / Refunds / Cancellation

Customers have a seven day period to cancel their order for whatever reason, whether it be that you don't like the goods supplied, have simply changed your mind or have ordered the wrong goods.    If you wish to cancel your order within the time frame, please inform us in writing, by e-mail or letter outlining your intentions to cancel the order / return the goods.
 

If payment has already been received for the goods then we will make a full refund of the cost of the goods plus any delivery charges within 7 days of receipt of returned goods.   Refunds are made via the method of payment.
 

The UK Mint Ltd reserves the right to refuse service to customers who are in breach of the terms and conditions of this website. Our Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
